Patrick Mahomes, the star quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, was born and raised in Texas. He was always tall and athletic, with a natural talent for sports. From a young age, he was determined to become a professional football player. He worked hard in school, trained constantly, and eventually earned a scholarship to play college football at Texas Tech University.
